Byron Bay, Northern NSWCredit Card Surcharge: 2% Visa, MasterCard &  American Express. Non-Australian credit cards will incur a further 1% charge, these credit card rates apply to bookings completed on our online portal and when credit card details are supplied at this time, when payment via credit card is made in the vehicles the credit card surcharge is Visa & Master Card is 3% and Amex is 4%.
A cancellation fee applies to all reservations: If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before the trip time: 50% of booking fee retained. 24-48 hours: 20% of booking fee retained.
More than 48 hours: 10% of booking fee retained. All payments (100%) are forfeited if passenger/hirer does not show up for the booking, or cancels within 2 hours of booked pickup time.
All payments are forfeited on cancellation within 48 hours during major events (eg, Bluesfest, Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival).
A standby rate of $30 per 30 minutes applies. An out-of-hours charge of $30 applies to any bookings before 6am and after 10pm.
