
A cancellation fee applies to all reservations: If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before the trip time: 50% of booking fee retained. 24-48 hours: 20% of booking fee retained.
More than 48 hours: 10% of booking fee retained. All payments (100%) are forfeited if passenger/hirer does not show up for the booking, or cancels within 2 hours of booked pickup time.
